Project Description
Idant Laboratories needed a more accessible, semantic and SEO-friendly version of their Website. Because they had a multitude of content as static HTML, I recommended there new site use a server-side technology, ASP.NET, so that future revisions would require less time and manpower. Also, the new design makes use of simple semantic design patterns, as well as a table-less layout to make content updates match the new design with with little effort.

OutdoorKnoxville.com is the social hub for people who love to spend time outdoors and who enjoy activities such as hiking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, trail running, bicycling, and more. People in the local community, as well as visitors to the area, can join the site and search local outdoor events, schedule impromptu events and invite site members to join, create groups, upload photos of events and post information about trails, general hiking, climbing or paddling tips, gear, etc. on the site.

My business partners and I decided that we would take on the dubious venture of becoming a competitor in that race. We created the RealFocus MLS System, a REALTOR®-driven and focused application, developed with a sense of what an agent really needs: intuition, reliability, and stability.

Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® Public Search
Project Description
Part of what the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® needed in their next MLS vendor was an Automated Agent Virtual Office, giving every member of the association an unattended, yet fully customizable presence on the Internet. The Public MLS Search system I designed offers just that, including allowing the public to search agents' listings via interactive map, saved listings and searches, as well as Web 2.0 techniques to improve the visitor experience.

Stephanie Mustric
Project Description
Stephanie originally built her website using iWeb. After explaining that iWeb lays out websites by rendering everything as images (including text), and why this is detrimental to her search engine rank (Google, for example, will not index the alt text in images, so she had no presence whatsoever), I convinced her to let me restructure her content.
